videos, photos & results

On June 29th 2023, the results of the #IMM2023 Future Tech Bootcamp as well as the results of the 4-month #IMM2023 round were presented.

We organised the Future Tech Bootcamp in cooperation with Digital Makers Hub, UAS St. Pölten, IV Niederösterreich, GEMINI Startup Base, INN.Kubator, Innovationsraum 3, Crowd in Motion and many other partners. It took place from June 26th till June 29th 2023 in St. Pölten, Salzburg, Passau and online. The 4-month #IMM2023 round officially kicked off back in March.

In this blog post you can find the Zoom recording from the final presentations in the original language and in uncut version as well as selected impressions from the co-creation sessions at the different locations.

The video recording of the initial challenge presentations of the Future Tech Bootcamp are summarised in the blog post “#IMM2023 Future Tech Bootcamp” and the initial challenge presentations of the 4-month #IMM2023 round are documented in the blog post “#IMM2023 Online Kick-off”.

Impressions from St. Pölten

The FH St. Pölten was once again our event headquarters. The moderation, live direction and coordination of the entire event was coordinated from there. We would like to express our special thanks to Jennifer Gartler (FH St. Pölten, ), who set the stage for our continuous online broadcast over the 4 days with the best possible image and sound technology, to Thom Kunz for his usual entertaining moderation in German and English, to our beverage sponsor Bärnstein for the great catering – and last but not least to the entire team of the FH St. Pölten for their hospitality and professional organisation (Franz Fidler, Hannes Raffaseder, Petra Fischer, Thomas Moser, Michi Bock, Katharina Beier, Mark Hammer – to name just a few…)!

From the FH St. Pölten, the results of several #IMM2023 teams were presented. Here we go! :)

Impressions from Salzburg

Gemini was location partner at our Future Tech Bootcamp for the 3rd time and this year for the 1st time also a local partner of our #IMM2023 summer finale! As in every edition, the on-site organisation and cross-regional networking was a blast! Gemini was home to “Team Salzburg”, whose members all threw themselves fully into the challenge "Hack the alps - IoT in the mountains".

The team has developed an open source solution for reading and managing the energy data of in-house solar systems. Part of the team were Reinhard Mayr, Gerald Lochner, Christian Ampferer and Sandra Knöbl (Meshmakers), Florian Reininger, Daniela Reininger and 9 project assistants from Hallein (Gemini), Simon Kranzer, Julian Nöbauer, Matthäus Horn, Lukas Portenschlager and Manuel Bernhofer (FH Salzburg) and Roland Haidler with 49 students of the graduating class (HAK Liezen).
