A 4-Day Crossborder Co-Creation Session
+++
From May 4–7, as part of the Twin City Hub initiative, we are hosting our first Crossborder Future Tech Bootcamp in Hainburg, Salzburg and online, together with numerous partners from Austria and Slovakia. Over four days, teams will collaborate with expert support to develop innovative solutions to cutting-edge future tech challenges.
Current Program Planning Status
+++
We know that committing to a full four-day program can be challenging – everyone’s schedule, responsibilities, and availability are different. That’s why we designed the bootcamp in a flexible hop-on/hop-off format: you can join the key sessions and structure the build time around what works for you.
DAY 1 – May 4
Pitching & Matchmaking
In the morning, our briefing, technology and space partners will present their challenges and the tools, components, materials and machines available, followed by a Q&A.
In the afternoon, participants connect, explore ideas, and form teams to define initial concepts and a plan for the build phase.
DAY 2 + 3 – May 5–6
Build & Iterate
These two days are dedicated to hands-on development, prototyping, and testing, with flexible working times following the hop-on/hop-off principle.
Short boot-up and reboot check-ins in the morning and early afternoon help teams share progress, exchange feedback, and resolve blockers with support from experts.
DAY 4 – May 7
Demo & Next Steps
On the morning of Day 4, teams and briefing partners present their results at the bootcamp location and outline how the projects could be continued after the program.
In the evening, we conclude the overall five-month IMM co-creation journey with the Best of IMM event in Vienna.
