Initial Situation

GOAL

Create a more attractive innovative evaluation experience for the end user by using augmented datasets and virtual reality.

Business Upper Austria is looking to improve location evaluation and assessment by visualizing locations in standortooe.at as 3D models and augmenting these visualization with location factors (additional data/information connected directly or indirectly to the respective location). 

Both "hard" and "soft location factors" shall be reflected. Hard location factors are real estate data (infrastructure, building data, etc.) and can be derived directly from the advertisements. Soft location factors are e.g. population size per m², childcare facilities in close proximity, local suppliers, public utilities, etc. Soft factors are important decision bases when evaluating a location. 

With our IMM briefing we would like to encourage ideas for new ways of visualizing location advertisements using innovative technologies and enriching the experience by integrating as many factors as possible into how the end user perceives the location in our database.

Perspectives

Support during the boot camp: 

We support you with expert know-how in the areas of location database, industry know-how, investor service, etc. We will be present at the pitching sessions on day 1 and 4, participate in the daily bootup and reboot meetings in the morning to give you the best possible support.

Possible longer-term prospects: 

Depending on the results, we can possibly imagine a long-term cooperation or the preparation of a joint introduction of the generated solution into practice or similar after the bootcamp.
